20:1 contra angle has an irrigation system which is external to the instrument, is special for the placement of Dental Implants and have the peculiarity of carrying a system of reduction of speed, that can be of 20: 1, of 16: 1 etc. This reduction in speed also causes the torque transmitted by these contra angles to be much higher, this is a factor to take into account when measuring the torque during the placement of the Dental Implants.
