1. Eligibility to Purchase

Our products are intended for purchase by licensed dental professionals, dental practices, dental laboratories, and authorized healthcare entities. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to purchase and use dental and medical supplies in your jurisdiction.

2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However:

  • Availability is subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized.

4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to:

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of dental and medical supplies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless explicitly stated in writing by Apex Dental Supply.

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly by us.

  • Eligible items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Sterile items, single-use products, custom orders, clearance items, and special-order products are strictly non-returnable.

If a return is approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Provide order details and photos when applicable so we can assist you promptly.

11A. Sales Tax & Florida Nexus

Apex Dental Supply LLC is registered to do business in the State of Florida and collects sales tax where required by law.

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for any use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes not collected at checkout.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12A. Venue & Jurisdiction

Any such legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and by doing business with Apex Dental Supply LLC, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
