This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ApexDentalSupply.com, a Shopify-powered online marketplace operated by Apex Dental Supply LLC (“Apex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Professional Use & Final Sale Policy

All products sold on ApexDentalSupply.com are intended for professional dental and healthcare use only. Due to the nature of dental and medical supplies, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, altered, or are no longer in their original condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Sterile or single-use products

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

These restrictions apply whether items are sold by Apex Dental Supply or third-party marketplace sellers.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


4. Approved Returns (If Applicable)

  • A Return Authorization (RA) may be required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original method of payment once the item is inspected and approved.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Apex Dental Supply reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy requirements.


6. Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers

ApexDentalSupply.com operates as a marketplace. Some products are sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors.

  • Return and refund eligibility may vary by seller

  • Apex may facilitate communication but is not responsible for third-party seller policies

  • Vendor-specific terms will apply where disclosed


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Apex Dental Supply prior to initiating a chargeback. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent restriction.

Documentation from this policy may be used to contest chargebacks with payment processors.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Dental Supply shall not be liable for improper use, storage, or handling of products after delivery.


9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
