Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through ApexDentalSupply.com, a Shopify-powered online dental supply marketplace operated by Apex Dental Supply LLC ("Apex," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is designed to protect patient safety, comply with industry standards, and clearly communicate return eligibility.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy in addition to our Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of dental and medical supplies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Apex Dental Supply.
We do not accept returns for convenience, buyer error, over-ordering, or change of mind.
2. Eligible Returns (Limited Exceptions)
A return may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:

Products opened, used, or altered after delivery

4. Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior written authorization from Apex Dental Supply.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
5. Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
If a return is approved:

We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was ours

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage

Apex is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
7. Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers
Some products sold on ApexDentalSupply.com may be fulfilled by third-party sellers. Return eligibility may vary by seller but will not be more permissive than this policy.
Apex Dental Supply reserves the right to coordinate returns on behalf of third-party sellers where applicable.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
9. Policy Enforcement
Apex Dental Supply reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy and to take action against abusive or fraudulent return behavior.
