Return Policy

At Apex Dental Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, so we have outlined our return policy to provide you with a hassle-free experience.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Purchase within 30 days: The product must have been originally purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Suitable for resale: The product should be in a condition suitable for resale. The product should not have an over-label or an expiration date. Additionally, products purchased as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for returns. 
  • Returns must arrive at the vendor's location within 30 days.

  •  Products returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

  •  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a damaged or defective product.

  •  Please allow 2-3 business days for the return to be processed once the product is received by the vendor.

  • Exchange requests will be granted at the vendor’s discretion.

Please note that shipping charges for return shipments  must be prepaid by the customer. Returns made within 30 days of the original invoice date will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

In the event that the product was received damaged, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt. Provide us with pictures and detailed information regarding the damaged items. If the product arrived damaged, no restocking fee will be applied.

As per O.S.H.A. regulations we will not accept items that have been used in a patients mouth.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our return policy at any time. However, any changes or termination will not affect the return rights granted under this policy for products purchased prior to the date of the change or termination.
