Is Apex Dental Supply a distributor?

Apex Dental Supply.com is a marketplace, not a distributor. We facilitate connections between a world-class group of manufacturers and distributors, allowing them to compete for your business on our platform. You have the freedom to select the dental products you need and choose the vendors you prefer. Once you place an order, the vendors ship the products directly to you.


Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, Apex Dental Supply.com ships to the USA.  We plan to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future. Stay updated by subscribing to our email newsletter.


How can I save on shipping with multiple vendor shipments?

As you shop on Apex Dental Supply.com, our system tracks the vendors you're purchasing from in your cart. We automatically recommend vendors who can consolidate your order, helping you save on shipping costs. If you don't receive a recommendation, it means that the shipping price has already been factored into the product price by the vendor.


When will I receive my order?

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 14 days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the seller.


Where can I ship my items?

We offer shipping to commercial & Residential  addresses within the United States. Please note that we do not allow sales to PO boxes.


Can I return items?

Yes! You have 30 days to return an item from the date of receipt. However, please keep in mind that items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Once an item has been used or tampered with, it cannot be returned.


How does Apex Dental Supply make money?

At Apex Dental Supply, we take a flat commission from each sale. This allows us to maintain and enhance our platform while providing you with a seamless ordering experience.


Can you see my credit card information?

No! Rest assured that we do not have access to your credit card information. We prioritize the security and privacy of our customers' sensitive data.

At Apex Dental Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, so we have outlined our return policy to provide you with a hassle-free experience.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Purchase within 30 days: The product must have been originally purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Suitable for resale: The product should be in a condition suitable for resale. The product should not have an over-label or an expiration date. Additionally, products purchased as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for returns. 
  • Returns must arrive at the vendor's location within 30 days.

  •  Products returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

  •  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a damaged or defective product.

  •  Please allow 2-3 business days for the return to be processed once the product is received by the vendor.

  • Exchange requests will be granted at the vendor’s discretion.

Please note that shipping charges for return shipments  must be prepaid by the customer. Returns made within 30 days of the original invoice date will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

In the event that the product was received damaged, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt. Provide us with pictures and detailed information regarding the damaged items. If the product arrived damaged, no restocking fee will be applied.

As per O.S.H.A. regulations we will not accept items that have been used in a patients mouth.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our return policy at any time. However, any changes or termination will not affect the return rights granted under this policy for products purchased prior to the date of the change or termination.

 $40 Gift Card Peer Referral Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to existing customers of Apex Dental Supply. Both the referrer and the referred peer must be registered users.

2. Referral Process: To qualify for the $40 gift card, the referred peer must complete a purchase transaction using a unique referral link provided by the referrer.

3. Reward Issuance: The $40 gift card will be issued to the referrer once the referred peer’s transaction is successfully completed and confirmed. This may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Usage of Gift Card: The gift card can be used for any purchase on the Apex Dental Supply website. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Limitations: Each referrer is eligible to receive a maximum of one gift card per referred peer. Multiple referrals of the same peer will not result in additional rewards.

6. Fraud Prevention: Apex Dental Supply reserves the right to disqualify referrals and revoke rewards if fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program is detected.

7. Program Changes: Apex Dental Supply reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
